Wednesday night is burger night at McNellie's Pub.
Nuthin' fancy, just a decent 1/2 burger and fries for $3.99 and lots of choices of beer.
It's 6.00 am here, so just vegemite on toast right now.
Tonight we're having one of my all time fav's, slow cooked lamb shanks with mashed potatoes and minted peas . . . .

just started the fire. got the salad made and the steaks are rubbed with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper.
Black pepper, garlic, and a Hungarian spice mix.
Pretty simple meal for us tonight, we are having yellow rice and chicken with broccoli on the side. ENJOY!!!
My main squeeze made some roasted red potatoes, salad, and chicken with some sort of super tasty sauce.
Made a big pot of gumbo for a family dinner a few days ago so it is no effort leftovers tonight form me.
