    Ringo by far.

A guy told me he once worked on TV commercials and California Coolers had landed Ringo.

Normally, the person in the commercials would have the CC mascot bear costume on, but for Ringo, they figured he was "too upperclass" to wear it - so they got him a rack of tuxes.

When Ringo showed up and was handed the script, he looked it over and yelled to the producer "Wut??? I don't get to wear the bear costume???"

Can't vote. Beatles is a unit.

    Individually post Beatles...like them all.

I like Lennon the least, because he was a dickhead. A pun-ster without Paul to push him.

But I play guitar because I wanted to be George. So...George.

It was always Ringo for me.
I don´t know he was always the most entertaining to me.
Of course John Lennon was the real genius behind the Beatles but he never was able to finish any song without the help from Paul.
Well, in the end he made his best songs without Paul.
I was so sad when he was killed back in that ****ing year 1980. What an entrance to the eighties. The very first year of the ´80s and it started like that?
I did not know what came next. Lucky to be there.

    All the best,
    Robin

The Beatles suck. Anyone born after 1970 barely heard them on the radio. They have maybe a half a dozen catchy songs and their best stuff is derivative of earlier, better acts like Buddy Holly. The proof of their suckitude is the lame self-indulgent gibberish they put out as solo acts. Especially their simpering Christmas songs. **** those guys. Awful.

I can not separate one from the four.

They were a unit and each one brought something different to the table.

They are like a great bowl of Gumbo. Or a house of cards.

Take one ingredient or card away and it crumbles.

yeah sure. There's a reason no one does Beatles blocks except at like 8 AM on Sunday morning. Because they ****ing suck. No one really likes them. Vaguely irritating narcissistic baby boomer crap.

The Beatles suck? Sure had a ton of people fooled. AND working as I do at a local college, I am personally pleased that there is a plethora of young people into Beatles, Cream, Traffic, Hendrix and the like. Cream rises to the top (pun intended).

I'm in the camp they were better as a unit than individually (generally speaking). And like them or not- they made a heavy impact on music as we know it (or SOME of us know it...LOL)!

George would have to be my favorite, though. Innovative guitar player, wrote some GREAT (IMO) songs and seemed to be a pretty humble guy. I'd have dinner with him (well...when he was alive...)
