If I drink enough, I sound like Barney the dinosaur:
The sun's not yellow....it's chicken!
i have two voices...a Ricky Nelson voice, and a late night radio voice.
Take your pick.
The bounty Hunter...
Says he as he drops the bar bell and points to the sky...
Thanks for lookin
I sound like I ought to. "And now for something you'll really like!"
Hahahaha. That's funny . Wish I had thought of that.
Now I wonder what my voice in your head is.
Now Im wondering if I do this with you all?
I really dont know...
but it is funny. I would say that in my mind there is some odd aspect of each of the people that I "know" here that I have probably fabricated and if I were to meet anyone from here I would probably be like. Ahhh man? where is your tiger? you had a tiger. you seemed like the kind of man that would own a tiger. yet. here we are. not a tiger in sight.
I bookmarked this...
Mine could depend on which personality was speaking
Mine could depend on which wife we were discussing
It could be my alter ego...
Or that guy that wanders around grocery stores
My voice when speaking to my cats(2)
The husband that wakes in the night...
Says to Mrs.
"Be good or I'll feed you to the lions"
Now back to the studio!
I am a painfully shy rock ‘n roll nerd with mumbly voice until you get me behind a mic with a Gibson plugged in. Then I just start rocking and I can’t stand still.
Then it’s “Wait, what?!? That’s Stevie?!? That happened to Kelly at Petaluma.
Same thing happened a year later when I showed up to gig with just a keyboard but that’s another story.
I'm curious now, tell us.
Didn’t you used to be a horse? That’s how I’ll always remember you.
Creepy or not I'd still be happy to meet you.
LOL...describe your voice?!?! Kinda (to me) like looking at oneself in the mirror: the image YOU see is not necessarily the one other's perceive...
"The next thing you hear..."
I DO in fact 'assign' voices to folks here. I do it when i read books too. I HATE reading a good book, then going to see a 'movie' based on it. I'm thinking "WTH?!?! That's NOT what that guy looks / sounds like!!"
Most of this fabrication is carried out in my mind based on self descriptions, the unique way we each write and express ourselves. I've always found people to be interesting and just about more than anything else in the world, I love meeting and getting to know new people. (The old ones are cool too...)
We human are SO unique...
Personally, i would LOVE to be able to meet each and every one of you! It would take some time (and more money than I have right now ) but nonetheless; would be a great thing in my book!
Brian (who sounds like Brian and signs his name at the end of most of his posts...)
I sound like Danny in "The Shining" when he's saying "redrum" over and over
