    We played twice at 3rd Street Coffeehouse. The first gig went fine. The second gig, our main guitarist couldn't tell us until the afternoon of the gig if he could make it or not due to work, so our set list and our performance were awful. We sorta split after that debacle.

    My little trio was set to play 3 tunes at a benefit in Radford for a food bank. The girl singer/cajon player got a bad head injury at work. Kind of a freak accident. My bass playing buddy just backed out on me. I should have seen that coming.

    Speaking of 3rd Street, they have a singer-songwriter coming from Ohio that I have seen before. Angie Haze.

    Ugh. Don't you love it. My new trio is the other dependable guy from the last group, plus another older guy who is well-intentioned, just not sure if he has the time.
