That was the only issue. But what a killer looking Strat it could have been.
And I was not the only one from that time that had a bad neck pickup. Fender must have had a bad batch and should have take steps to take care of the issue.

Mine was a total disaster.
I ordered my new dream guitar in November of 2019 as a 50th birthday present for myself. The guitar showed up in about 30 days and looks . . . awesome. As seen in the image below.
But the neck pickup (N4G) would cut out intermittently and I went back and forth...
Yes but the quote I referenced specifically stated, "Here is a negative post." Not, "Here is a positive post with a bunch of negative replies."
And since it was the first time I read it I am well within my right to join the ranks of those ad nauseam others and post my thoughts as well.

Mighty Wings from the Top Gun soundtrack is a great rock and roll song from that era. Granted I like fighter jets and thing the sound of an F-18 with both afterburners lit up sounds as cool as anything else on the planet.
And yes I will see Top Gun: Maverick in the theaters in May.

The problem is that you are using the word "need." We don't need any guitars. We want them. Big difference. Period.
We need air to breathe, water to drink, food to eat and protection from the elements. Everything else in life is a want, not a need. If you were to ask the question, how...
Having grown up with an alcoholic father who had two brothers who also drank too much (didn't know them well enough to label them as alcoholics) and both of them tried to burn their mother's mobile home to the ground, I have zero tolerance for alcohol fueled behavior. One of the dead beats fell...
It is fantastic that people recognize her songwriting ability which is different from the genre she immerses herself in. Many good things said about her even though they may not like her particular style of music.

Initially I read your post title wrong. I interpreted it to mean having had a problem meant never having experienced it. But after reading your post I think you mean has it ever been a real "practical" problem vs. can you get it to occur.
I agree in that I can certainly crank up the gain and...
