    String trees

Well.... true, but putting them over the string tree would actually raise them up a bit. But yes you're right, totally easy to A/b.

help / advice needed, woodworms in my new ultra luxe strat

Humans have been eating dirt and insects for as long as we've been around I'd imagine. Plus when you factor in "the five second rule" we all used as kids... we'll probably be ok. Lol

    String trees

Shielding requires a certain level of commitment, time and skill. A string tree is one screw. You wouldn't even need to change your strings to try it either way. And practicing your guitar is never bad advice.

    String trees

Yes and nothing of consequence. Remove the tree and play. If everything is to your liking, you're all done. If it's not to your liking, put tree back on.

Are guitar and pedal reviews becoming useless ?

Actually, now that I think about it, I usually end up watching a review or demo of something I have already purchased. I like to hear if it sounds/performs the way it does for me. Occasionally, I'll learn a cool fact or a hack. But it's entertainment for me, I usually make up my own mind...

    Polishing frets?

That's the exact stuff I use, with the same dremel technique and the same result. Frets turn into mirrors. 22 beautifully shined mirrors.

Are guitar and pedal reviews becoming useless ?

YouTube is an entertainment platform to me. Anything viewed there is treated as such. Reviews/demos are as useful or useless as tv commercials.
