Trying to figure this tune out for a buddy of mine. Can’t find tab or chords anywhere fir it and I’m terrible at picking stuff out by ear. Anyone know the chord progression for this song? Funny to hear The Beaver singing rock n roll!
The x12 Taylor’s are called “the acoustic guitar for electric players”. Small compact body and that low Taylor action so it feels very similar to an electric.
My home volume is about 82-87 db range. My Two Rock’s master volume and lead channel volume allow me to stay in this range easily with clean and drive tones and still sounds just as good as when I’m running it at jams.
Baxter let me see and smell that very guitar the day before he recorded that video. Didn’t play it though since it was already pre sold and cost $30,000. My wife and I were there buying an amp and he said you gotta see this thing. Crazy beautiful guitar and insane case with it.
In 1990 when I started driving gas was about $1.15 a gallon according to historical data so a near 100% increase in 12 years and now gas is over $4 a gallon and this mornings report said it may hit $6 by August. Thankfully guitars did not increase like gas
The $1K plus are for the NKT 275 models. Those transistors are the shiz and he’s been out of them for several years. My 275 Sunface is glorious but the other germanium ones he makes are extremely close to it and still incredible pedals.
If you are selling it and a regulatory body comes calling you’d have to be able to prove it’s legal or risk having it confiscated. Given it was made by a large company and not some small builder I think proving it’s legal Braz would be pretty easy.
It’s more than just Braz rosewood too. My new Lowden has ancient Bog oak back and sides which is protected and a rosette made of Irish abalone that requires my dealer to have an NC permit to import because it’s protected as well. Lowden sent all docs needed to travel anywhere in the world I want...
That looks like Braz. When I got my Larrivee Brazilian dread used I got Larrivee to send me documentation they had showing the wood was CITES certified. This is only an issue if the guitar is confiscated by customs or a similar agency. Then burden of proof that the Braz is legal is on you.
