You do know that if you turn down the master and turn up the volume you will get nice tube crunch at lower volumes ? When I had a BJr. I had no problem playing it at lower volume. That's what the Master volume is for.

I was browsing the bay and stumbled on an Ampeg J20. I have been thinking about one of these for a while and thought the price was right so I pulled the trigger. Ampeg J-20 Guitar Amplifier | eBay I think I did good enough price wise if it doesn't work out I can always flip it.

Got one in my BJr. and I love it !
