I was kind of wondering about the $800 fender elite tuners. Is the true? I know some stuff can get pretty rare but $800 retail for standard tuners that came on the 80’s elite series?

Fender's most expensive locking tuners are the standard Ping in gold at $155 brand new from Fender's web site.
That guitar has the pearloid keys, the non-locking Ping tuners in gold with pearloid keys are $75.

The actual Elite '83-'85 tuners were Schaller cast/sealed/locking, and the Gold model did have pearloid keys.
If these are legit '83 tuners, they've got some value... but not $800.

I’m assuming that’s what they are and a quick reverb sold check had a set sell for $197CAD

And given that the whole listing is inflated 4x, that sounds about right.

Maybe the listing is in Rubles :D ?

    You haven't seen my 1964 ES330 then?

The going rate for an all original 1982 AVRI in the UK is around the £2000 mark. Or at least it was a year ago.
