    Thanks,
So you would pry off the nut. Sand it lightly to make surface rough.
    Build up height with superglue.
    Sand it to fit?

With the nut removed you run a thin bead of superglue on the bottom. Then you place a small piece of paper atop it, press down lightly. When its dry you cut off the excess and reinstall it with a small drop of white glue. This will raise the height of the nut about .005" or more depending on the thickness of the paper.

    Great, thanks.
The paper, is it regular writing pad, printing paper or slightly thicker?

    Again thanks.
If the nut is a bit stuck/tight, any tips on how to pry it loose without damaging the finish etc?

Happened to use post it pad paper for the vid but you can use thicker if needed.

Im just throwing things out there Ive learned along the way. This is probably not a job for a first timer- at least on a nice neck. Its always better to practice on cheap stuff first. Hate to see you mess up on a pricier neck. The first nuts I removed/replaced were on Squier necks.

Yeah, truss tod, bridge for action height or intonation adjustments feel safer and reversible. But agree to try nut adjust on something not so dear, or hand it in
