    @StratLover66 Did you read somewhere that they are made bu Nu-X? The Amazon units look remarkably like the Kokko (inexpensive Chinese brand) line. Like exactly, but with different screen-printing! Checking the Nu-X, these do not appear to be the same ones. Nu-X doesn't even appear to offer a looper or a tuner.
    Here are few Kokkos I have or had (and they have or did serve me well. No real complaints)

    Cool! It was interesting to see how badly burned Amazon were in 2015 with Gibson guitars (you could literally buy new US Gibsons for £400 at one point), to the extent that in the UK at least, they don't appear to stock them anymore at all!
    Since then I noticed they were quite happy to let their marketplace partners do all the guitar related trade. Hehe.

    I may never know about the pedals. But when I was doing a film, I needed a cost-effective and very sturdy tripod. So after weeks of research (aka indecisiveness), I bought this super-duty Amazon Basics tripod. It weighs about 15 pounds and can easily hold a 30-pound rig. Not super smooth, but I've used worse. Built like a leftover from Soviet 1970s regime, except it could probably take a high-velocity round better than their tanks. Wouldn't use it professionally for panning, but handles a light jib really well. I got my money's worth, but I'd ditch it for better if I was using it to make money.

    No, a friend of mine (Trey from the YT channel Gear Gods) opened his up and the PCB board was printed NU-X in the corner. The overdrive and the distortion pedal were both marked with NU-X on the PCB.

    These don't really have "Amazon Basics" printed on them, do they?

    That's something you might see on a package of toilet paper. Seems out of place on a pedal.

    Pretty interesting and at a really decent price. Too bad I have pedals that fill al the niches they offer except the compressor, and I have no need for a compressor.

    Those piss me off.
    Ya, you can maybe tell what the pedal is by the controls, but WTH is a "Tumnus" or "Archangel" or "The Depths" or "Small Stone"?
    OK, some have been around for so long that everyone knows, but that was from a time when EH was one of only a few brands with "catchy" names.
    Now, everyone has to name something odd that doesn't say anything about the function.
    "The Depths" sounds like a reverb unit... but it's a vibrato.

    Back when I was writing radio drama and comedy for a troupe I founded, one of my long-form pieces was a multi-episode arc for a character called Ace Gardner, a Human Resources guy who talked like Mickey Spillane. He worked for a mammoth, Amazon-like corporation called GEC (General Everything Consolidated).

    I`m waiting for Tesla to get into making pedals.

    Unfortunately they will be useless because you will have to stop for 30 minutes mid gig to recharge them.
