    Well this one may be for sale depending on how much I like It over the next few weeks. I’m mostly used to C necks. This one has a hard V. Feels good right now, but we will see how I adapt.

    That’s a beautiful guitar. I used to have a burgundy mist Suhr that was really pink with a hint of purple pearl. I took it to a blues jam one night. There were macho men flicking me **** about the “girlie” guitar and doing their best Hans and Franz routines. But they congratulated me after my 4 song set. If it’s pink it’s no problem, just so long as you can play.

    Well...your tech is an idiot.;)

    I was playing a bar gig in Wisconsin. Chippewa Falls. I had a pink Strat. Drunk Jackass comes up up to me and says "Is that pink? " I reply yes. "Only sissies would play a pink guitar." (Edit: the actual word used was the same as a slang term for cigarettes)
    I replied " When was the last time a guy with a pink guitar kicked the crap out of you?"
    "Never".
    "So...this'll be your first time."

    Beautiful guitar. Enjoy it.

    You might be surprised how much you like that V neck. One of mine has a soft V and I can’t believe how easily I got used to having it in my hand.

    EDIT: And congrats on the new guitar. It’s a beauty and yeah... Your tech seems a little dense if he thinks a Shell Pink Strat isn’t a guitar a guy can play. It’s a Classic Fender colour.
