I liked it but it is very different to the "In Rock" era purple.

I love her phrasing. On of my favorite blues players. She really brings it live.

    Yeah, Eldon Shamblin!! :thumb:

He was my first guitar teacher when I was 11 yrs. old at the Guitar House in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Some time round 1967, I think?

God, how I wish I'd known then what a great guitar player he was, and how I wish I'd taken learning from him MUCH more seriously.....

Pete Thorn (often seen playing a Strat-ike object with 'Suhr' on the headstock)
    Lari Basilio (same)
    Mateus Asato (same)
    Melanie Faye
    Isaiah Sharkey
    Nick Johnston
    Scott Henderson
    Sonny Landreth
Ry Cooder (another Strat-like object guy)
    Allan Holdsworth (the Charvel/Ibanez era)
Bill Connors (single humbucker equipped stratty thing on Step It, Double Up, Assembler)

Because a Strat has so many different sounds.

Theres so many but underrated is a matter of opinion and under the radar depends on your radar.

For now ill contribute this guy. I know he is already the subject of much strat talk. But for me he is doing great things for great music. Makes a hell of a nice noise with his strats and seems to have a real good head on his shoulders. Im looking forward to an album from him.

Then there's the gear envy also... which is serious.
