Astronaut Calculation Device… what is it?

I was watching a video on YouTube of a tour of the ISS and I keep seeing a recurring item that looks like a small calculator but ostensibly doesn’t seem to have “enough” buttons but probably has just the right amount. Anyone know exactly what it is and what it’s called?

Not a chance. I have the worst vision and if I roll over in bed too quickly I get vertigo. I’d be the mission saboteur.
