We've used the app successfully in the past. Today, it rejected the order with a screen that said "Problem with Payment. There's an issue with your payment method. Please choose another method to proceed." We went inside and paid cash. We returned home to find the purchase amount had been charged to our account 14 times for a total of nearly $320. No charges have gone through, but the bank can't remove the holds for one week unless McDonald's tells them to. McDonald's claims it doesn't have the authority to contact my bank to remove them. The CS reps from the bank have been courteous and helpful, those at McDonald's less so. We'll never use that app again.
