I often look for my spectacles and then find them in my shirt pocket. Things are always on the tip of my tongue...

Not really new for me. I have been forgetting things as long as I can remember.

The OP didn't mention his age....yes I've looked for my keys and phone while they're in my hands..mines coming honestly. I have thought of taking one of the brain supplements like Prevegen, people I know swear by them. Since they're supplements found in the vitamin department, it couldn't hurt to give them a 90 day trial.

I didn’t know McDonalds worked on that end of your body. Learn something new everyday.

I've never had a good memory anyway.

As Muddy Waters said, "You can't lose what you never had."

Wow! I can see very clearly now as I start to nod. I guess I don’t need glasses after all...
    I was wearing them.

My father told me to never get old. I should have listened to him.

Just popped back on the thread to see what kind of progress you were making and saw this . Very happy you got it checked and they identified it, even as serious as it was, and treated it right away. They do some awesome stuff with robotics.

Hope you get the full use of your left hand back so your playing doesn't suffer. Undoubtedly they've got you on some physical therapy for that. Just keep at it.

You can reprogram your brain to create new pathways to replace any which may have been damaged. Hard work but can be done. Hell, playing might even be a form of therapy...it's all about muscle memory.

Anyway, glad this had a pretty happy ending for you. Rock on!

If so, you need to get on that one quick, as you did. It's a really great sign it was operable.

    So, definitely not a meningioma?

As I stated earlier, I am a brain tumor survivor.

@rockon1 Please feel free to PM me anytime, if I can be of any help, I sure will.

One thing I will say regardless of the type of tumor, NEVER give up, and NEVER give in.

    Prayers sent up for you.

In spite of my smart-assed remark, I've been following this thread and I'm very glad to hear they found the cause, and are on a good track to getting you on the mend. Best luck!
