    Hey guys,

So, if you know BFG, you know he's full of it when it comes to the gear he uses. I don't listen to a word he says about the gear he uses. Unless I see it, I don't believe it - and even then, I question if he's trying to throw others off.

When I listen to the 70-80's albums, I hear a TON of Strat, yet the guitar gets little mention as an axe of choice on recordings, and nearly zero use in public.

Is anyone else hearing the same thing? Should we compile a list of the song we think are Strats?

Billy Gibbons has never denied using Strats......El Diablo is clearly a Strat and so is Fool for your Stockings.....

There are some honest rig rundowns of the Rev that show exactly what he is using..

'he's full of it when it comes to the gear he uses"

He has never once lied and said he doesn't use Strats....I don't understand it any other way!! You're claiming he's a LIAR which is a huge insult.

Again, where did I say he said he doesn't use Strats? I wasn't talking specifics.

    Forget it...

Yeah, I've seen that and others. Those are for live applications though, I'm talking about the recordings.

Here I'm even acknowledging that it is known and admitted by BFG that a Strat was used.

"yet the guitar gets little mention as an axe of choice on recordings"

I have learning disabilities, so I don't understand.....not in the slightest. I don't understand what you were trying to say.

I am in the autism spectrum.

Exactly. My interactions here have been very limited but this really turned me off. I used to have a Tele and was on TDPRI more regularly and never had this experience.

I explained to you I am disabled and I don't understand.....and others didn't understand too. Can you please try explaining it again? I want to help and have a discussion but I don't get what you're saying.

This is a forum filled with alot of guitar players that think Billy is a really great guitar player and you put up a post saying Billy is full of it when saying what gear he uses... "Full of it" meaning lying or being dishonest. This I'm guessing might upset some people... But I think you have the right to post your opinions on here. The last part of your post where you said lets all make a list of songs he did with a strat is a great idea. This is just my opinion about what happened and might be completely wrong. Is it valentines day today?

Please tell me how. I've made the request to delete a TDPRI profile, which I thought was the only way, with no result. This site appears to operate the same way.
