But do you remember what they sounded like?
I sure do. My uncle had one.
I have visions of them trying to film this only for each take to be ruined by a guy blasting up the hill, flat out, in a Jensen Interceptor.
Yes I know that wasn't really filmed in Yorkshire.....
I still have a 12v battery charger with “made in west Germany” on it still working fine
The suspension wouldn't have liked the cobbles one bit, but the Jensen would have flown up there, provided the transmission didn't fail.
It is a shame that it was made in Birmingham.....
It just looks similar to an AMC Pacer. I'm after a Defender instead now, a lot more practical.
A Land Rover? Are you a farmer now? I had no idea....
No, sir. Just someone who lives in a seaside town but thinks he is.
If you're not a farmer, you have no way of justifying such a huge, planet damaging fuel guzzler as a Land Rover. Remember, I'll be dead before global warming fries the people living on the South Coast, you will be suffering through it.
Land Rover four wheel drive, all terrain vehicles are dead useful for nipping down to Starbucks in the rain though...
Or dropping the kids off at school. That's why PB's generation is doomed.....
When the flood comes, I'll be alreet.
Until the sea level rises 350ft I won't even need my wellies.
You think those things float?
You always have to use stinkin' logic.
I used to watch Top Gear.
See what you did there!
That was actually an old joke of my Dad's. Fifty years on, I get to use it
In the 70's I had a Hayman guitar and played it through my Earth amp. Nuff said.
