Wait - You're telling me people put cheese whiz on a steak sub? That should be illegal!
Just me, orange cheese is fine with Chili & Nachos, but I'm still going to prefer Oaxican cheese for Mexican cuisine. Oaxican is the Mexican Mozzarella. They have this grater machine that makes the cheese longer & stringy. This place has the best Mexican cuisine (Guelaguetza) that I've ever had, but for Tex Mex that was in San Antonio, TX (Mi Tierra Cafe). I've never crossed the border, but there are probably some places in Mexico that are better than these places ?


For the Italian cuisine, the white cheeses, nothing orange on that. If I'm not mistaken, the Philly Cheese Steak originated as an alternative on the menu to hot dogs in the Italian markets of South Philadelphia, PA. I won't even put orange cheese in stuffed bell peppers.

I'm particular about the usage of cheese.
