Clotted cream is awesome , so I'm guessing Black pudding wood be a no for you. Clotted blood sausage. Great for breakfast.
I had my first black pudding this past March when I was in Ireland. I had it at breakfast a few times actually. Not bad. I found it a bit bland and flavorless, pretty mild, which was a good thing really because I was expecting a stronger type of flavor. I figured I had to try it with an Irish surname like mine. It’s nothing to be afraid of flavor wise.
