    Hi everyone!

I have been looking at options for a replacement neck for my strat and found this seller on ebay...

    http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-5...0001&campid=5338148356&icep_item=132939106933

As most of you probably know, these necks took a big price jump end of 2019.
This seller has been offering them at a pretty good discount.
I emailed them and asked about the necks, what the story was, but I have had no response.

Anyone here know anything about this seller or if these necks are factory 2nds or ??

    Thanks in advance.

There's two versions of this. Lacquer, which is much more expensive than poly. If you're ok with poly, it is a better deal.

As long as they're not 2nds, looks like a good deal to me.

The seller advertises that they are lacquer finish. I have to think these must be 2nds or B-stock. I asked them directly, but so far no response.

Yes, I can see on the ad it's lacquer. You will pay less than that for a poly version. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Out of all my guitars, I hold the neck of my 50's Classic Series in Poly, as the most magical wood I own...um, literally....hehe

The lacquer versions seem to be really orange.....really orange! I played a used partscaster Tele that had one of these and then I bought a Jazzmaster one online that was so orange it killed my desire to refinish a body for it :)
