    Definitely a New Jersey thing, not really a NYC thing at all.
    In fact there’s a long standing silly war within NJ about the whole Taylor Ham vs Pork Roll debate!
    North Jersey has always called it taylor ham, central and south Jersey calls it pork roll, whatever.....
    Just a regional thing, NJ is caught between NYC and Philly, so depends on which end you gravitate towards as far as speech, what things are called, etc
    Like sub sandwich vs hoagie/grinder, etc etc.
    Or just like in other parts of our country: soda vs pop, hotdogs and koneys!

    Update. Two bottles have arrived.

    This is the hottest sriracha I've ever bought. Might be a bit much for some. It is on the thin side like the Shark. I will not be adding Thai peppers to this one as it is all but perfect as is.

    Highly recommended!

    Amazon seems to be the only source.
