Hi All! Custom shop pickups?

I've never seen a sticker like that on any Fender pickup. What's the background for your question?

I wonder if that's a Raw Vintage Strat (RVS) pickup. Pretty sure it is not a Fender made pickup.

I was thinking that too, but only find their nomenclature as RV
