I know everything depends on the specs for each guitar, but what is the lowest price you can expect to pay for a CS guitar. TY!
You can find some dogs below 2 grand, but they'll be less desired models. But realistically, probably $2000 - 2200 or so.
Depends when and where. I bought a new CS deluxe here in UK in 2012 for £1850 and sold it last year for the same price.
On Craigs I see them go down around to $2200-2400. Not sure if they were something like Closet Classics or a custom made Custom Shop. They seem high on Reverb but again not sure if those were complete custom or off the rack. If your a Pro or money is not an issue then why not? I'm probably wrong but for a complete Custom Shop Strat it's around 4 grand, where you make the call on everything. In that case best to know EXACTLY what you want.
You can get a custom guitar made in a Leo Fender facility in Fullerton, CA for well under $2k starting price, but it won't say Fender on it.
