Is the Jan Ray a straight clone of the Timmy or can you hear differences?
It's obviously not a RAT but the 1981 Inventions DRV pedal is a essentially a clone of one.
You definitely have an addiction, but it’s only a problem if the kids don’t have shoes, right?
Begin at the beginning, right? No collection is complete without at least one of the original.
We're talkin' gear! Do they really need shoes? Priorities, man!
Is there a fee? Are we getting exclusive pedals with the support group logo?
Had one, got rid of it. But it is a good misunderstood pedal.
Nope, and yep.
The Timmy has this, how can I say it, grittier and fuzzier (not a fuzz) by a hair. I feel the Jan Ray is more "open" TS-9 but sounds very particular.
I've got more drive pedals on my small board! Jk
Nice selection there. I do have a fair amount of drive pedals myself, but not that many.
My most used drive pedal with my band is my Red Llama, followed by my Timmy, and often both at once.
It looks like thinking you may have a problem is DISTORTED....
+1 on needing a RAT and a Metalzone original or Waza.
I would think that most end up with more variants if dirt/drive pedals than any other flavour.
My rule for gear: If I don't gig with it, it goes up on Reverb.
Only problem is no TS10, unless one of those things is a clone.
Have you tried them all together ??
Yeah you got a problem. You ain't got enough!
have you ever hooked them all up as once?
You're missing a Peavey Hotfoot Distortion, a Danelectro Daddy-O, and a Marshall BluesBreaker II. Other than that, no problem...
You have a serious problem....you have no patch cables, unless they are Bluetooth
I feel like you need more fuzz, thats the biggest problem I see.
Edit: What do you think of the Bonsai? I've contemplated getting one for the versatility but I feel like I'd choose one or two that I liked and the rest would go to waste.
