I'm just in the process of tarting up my 1981 Blazer BL500, which has 3 supertap 6 pickups.
I'm thinking of replacing them but the pole to pole measurement of all the pickups is 50mm, but all the pickup sets I see seem to be 50mm for the neck and 52mm for the middle and bridge.
Is there an issue here, or will that kind of spacing work on a Blazer?
    Any help appreciated.

That fretboard wear adds to it's beauty. Very nice!

I've always had a like of lower priced guitars that show lots of playing time by their owners

Hello, I have the exact same opinion, I even had changed the bridge ot, l for better string aligment to the neck 15years ago.
I know this is am old thread but I'm looking for a way to keep the guitar for sentimental reasons (it belonged to a friend who died). I use fatter necks as they fit better on my hand - Do you think or know If I can use a stratocaster neck on this?

Not a Blaser, but I had the closely related Roadstar until just recently. I sold it to a guy that was a pretty good player but wasn't quite happy with his Mexican stratocaster. I had a JB jr. in the bridge and a couple custom wound singles in the middle and neck. He was thrilled to get it. Texted me back after he got home and played it through his amp to say that played like a dream and sounded fantastic.
