I remember the first Euroguestock, with you singing Breathe by Pink Floyd. We hadn't planned on doing it, so you were reading the lyrics from your phone, but it came out pretty well! I look forward to hearing SOS. :)

I just sang bits of it, here and there. I think it was very frustrating for the musicians!!!;)

Well, it was a bunch of chords without you. :)

    Here's another one...

Nice Californication and ...Bites The Dust. Mathieu is a joy to watch. So fortuante to have 3 powerful drummers. Oh wait. 4 drummers. I haven't seen Guido?

    Ah, yes, this one.

Never having attempted this one previously, I thought I could go up an octave in the second verse, and quickly discovered I was wrong...

Thanks again for all the hard work Simon!

And no thanks to Seigried for pointing the camera at me! I should have picked a different chair...

Loved Marc’s bass on Californication - it’s tricky but vital!

Props to @Malurkey as always. He sang on pretty much everything and even though he brought a guitar I don’t think he got to play it!

I brought 2 guitars, actually, one of which was the @Guy Named Sue Tele. And a backpack full of harmonicas.

And indeed I failed to play any of my instruments on any song on record for that day... :D

Given my track record, probably not. :D

So far, the only time I played my own guitar at Euroguestock was the 12-string in Leiden.

    A new video:

EDIT: I would like to nominate Marc as winner of the 'best bass player who can do something entirely different at the same time 2019', even if the song had to be restarted!

    Great vocals Maurice!
Not an easy song to sing well.

I've left some of the 'working out' at the starts of this, because Bruno is laying down some neat patterns, and they deserve to be heard. :D

Even Eric Clapton admitted that when he got to jam with JJ Cale, he was so overawed he couldn't think what song they were playing, although you wouldn't guess that from the footage. Funny thing is, they were playing Soon After Midnight, a version of which Clapton had already released!

Thank you! I ‘m surprised you picked me out of the backing vocals! ;)
