    I suck at languages but any one I've even tried to just become conversationally familiar with those are the first 3 words I make it a point to learn.

    That, and "where's the bathroom?"

    I chose that for the name of my R.E. Company for precisely that reason. It was glaringly missing from the profession.

    I use okie dokie all the time. Funny thing about the whole meme thing is people consistently use the whole word or idea of "meme" incorrectly. Most of what you see called a "meme" is not any sort of expression of "cultural DNA". It's just some mindless stupidity.

    Hmm...maybe it IS an expression of "cultural DNA" after all....:whistling:
