I'm partial to my walnut Strat-like guitar.
Fiesta Red, Olympic White (especially when it turns cream then yellow), Sonic Blue, Natural Ash, and Black.
Olympic White would be my choice.
I want two of them…one with a Maple fretboard, and the other with a Rosewood fretboard
The list of what I don't like on a Stratocaster is much shorter. I am wanting a G&L Emerald green on a black body I am currently stripping. My Sherwood Green and Daphne Blue are amongst my favorites.
Burnt Sienna? I don't think so.
I like lots of colors, but EVERY color looks better with a maple fretboard. Everyone should know this.
I agree, especially your LPB maple neck performer.
After seeing many pics of the early American Deluxe Stratocasters in Transparent Teal I finally bought one online.
This is the color often seen in ads
This is the color it photographs in if you don't alter camera settings
And this is the color your eye actually sees it
I really like a Blue Strat with a hint of Green but as it turns out I just can't love a Green guitar.
I wish the color in the ads were a real color.
I definately like metallic finishes on Strats.
Lake Placid Blue (actually this one is Tidepool)
Ye auld Candy Tangerine-o.
Love those two green strats. Both those have wicked looking necks. What CS model is the rosewood board one?
My favorite color depends very much on my feeling at the moment. With a dozen Strats I have a broad selection of colors, but I might say my favorites are two colors that I don’t have; Candy Tangerine and Candy Cola.
Just lately I'm obsessing over getting a 70's reissue. Just love the look
I love all the old '50's pastel colours and I'd love a Shoreline Gold Strat but of my own Strats my favourite is my FSR in Cerulean blue (in the centre).
