Great. I recommend trying some. I've not played a Collings electric, though. I should probably avoid them lest I wind up justifying one, and I think the electrics are significantly more expensive than the acoustics.

Oh, and a 335 (or Heritage 535) is on my bucket list. I do have a Hamer Artist, though.

Never thought I would say this, but my recently acquired Gibson ES339 is pure awesomeness.

For me other than Fender Strats and Teles, it's Les Pauls. They always "feel" good to me. Too bad they don't stay in tune as well a Strat or Tele. I also liked ESP Strats and Teles I had back in the 80's. Man, I want to say, virtually every picture I've seen in this unusual post are stunning looking guitars. You guys have good taste in visually appealing instruments. I especially love that Relic brand Les Paul, and the Red 335, but I think they are all close.

Well, other than Fender Strats, my 2nd fave guitar is a Les Paul. If not a Gibson Les Paul, at least some other good quality Les Paul model, preferably an Epiphone. ;)

I´ve bougth this used Epiphone Les Paul Standard, classic sunburst, and with a pickup upgrade, for Seymour Duncan JB / 59 set, with push/pull coil switch, which is awsome. It has those classic Les Paul tones we all love. Only it says Epiphone on the headstock, instead of Gibson, but ... like Slash has said, the only difference between Gibsons and Epiphones is the headstock !! :D

I think with a Strat and a Les Paul, you´ve got all that you need.

Back shots are revealing! Here's the rear (swamp ash two-piece body), and it's probably time to remove the plastic on the covers this week. ;)

High, that's gorgeous! About 10 years ago I had an X260 and miss it.

Probably my ROCK-N-ROLL-RELICS "Sixty-One Custom". This guitar is sick. THE perfect humbucker guitar. :)

That's AWESOME!!! I've been drooling over his stuff for a long time, and even played a Townshend, (or whatever that model is called)
I love the yellow on yours though. That may end up as my screensaver!

I'm pretty much a Tele and Strat guy for the most part. I do have a couple Epiphones. A 339 and a Les Paul. I guess I'd prefer the LP though as it seems to suit me better. Its a nice guitar. Its an LP Traditional that was totally modded with Gibson parts. Then the guy broke the neck, and sold it to me for a song. Its fixed very nicely and is so awesome that I sold my two Gibsons (that were basically expensive wall art). I'm not afraid to play that one anywhere because its already been injured.

Still, right now...I've been sort of on the lookout for a neat little shredder like a Kramer Pacer or something. Something sleek with a humbucker or two and a Floyd.

My 93 PRSCE24 Mapletop. Alder (not mahogany) body. Current pickups are Dragon IIs. One piece bridge. Ebony tuner buttons. Gold Plated pickup rings. Two neck refins. Took out the 5way for a more traditional "McCarty switching system".
