One of the nicest guitars on ST, IMHO.

Now seriously, coming from you (owner of the greatest guitar neck ever ;)) that's a massive compliment, thanks man.

Hard to be any older medium to higher end Greco's and Tokai's.

    That ST100 is a beauty!!!

Although I bought it largely for the digital modeling, the Yamaha-owned Line 6 Variax Standard is a pretty darn nice Strat.

Alnico staggered pickups too! It's basically an SSS Pacifica.

    ok
G&L (shown). Also have had a few partscasters, but they always had the same Fender '62 reissue neck, so as far as non-Fender, I'll just say G&L only because I haven't owned any others and rarely played them. Like to try an early Tokai.

Although technically made by Fender, here is my old 2009 (I think) Charvel USA San Dimas Production Model. Loved this guitar but I sold it about a year ago. Can't keep them all.

This one had a German Original Floyd, upgrade brass big block and a Duncan Custom in the bridge instead of the JB that came stock.

As good or better overall guitar than the Custom Shop Charvels I had played.

Great, great, guitar with a neck to die for. Miss it!

Every G and L I've played has been a great instrument, more Fender than Fender as it should be with the two guys that it's named for!

But I still don't own one....I wonder why?

That's a great choice. Those MIM Charvels have great reviews and a lot of guys compare the build quality with the USA and Japan runs.

The So-Cal also comes with Duncan Distortions. Those are some great pickups stock. I believe the San Dimas still comes with the JB+59 combo.

    Young Chang Fenix.

I bought this guitar for my nephew before I began playing guitar myself. Much Later I learned to play on this guitar and played it almost every day for 14 years before it was accidently destroyed.

Older Aria Pro ll. Craigslist find for $40. Beat up a little and tons of playwear. Plays great and sounds very "stratty".

Here's my LTD strat (ST-203FR). It came stock as a faux relic but I did a rattle can paint job on it and changed out the pickups and upgraded to a OFR bridge.

^^ Badass. I've been on the lookout for a older gunslinger myself. BC Rich always did have the coolest pointy headstocks
