Fender selling Roasted Maple Necks in bulk now $299

    I got a Gmail from fender and it was showing the roasted maple necks for sale and the price went from 299 all the way up to 650 dollars. .Thanks

    Looks like they don't have the $650 on the Fender site yet.

    Hopefully for that kind of money they are some Compound Radius models (and Graphite Rod reinforced P-bass).

    Honestly, I would have bought this for my Tele partscaster if it were available a year ago. I ended up with a roasted flame maple neck from Warmoth. It's fun to dial in all your preferences, but when you can get a finished neck with that fancy Fender logo on it and legally be able to sell the partscaster online, that's pretty sweet. I put a parody decal on my partscaster, so no worries selling it. But a proper fender logo still gives me the arm and fuzzies.

    Cool! I doubt they'll be available to us over here though... Building guitars without spending a fortune seems difficult in Europe.
