Hello just wondering where you guys recommend I get a guitar body painted that I plan on ordering from USACG. Doesn't have to be a perfect application because I plan on giving it a worn look anyway.

    Thanks

If you were local I would give you a crash course and hand you the spray gun!

If you have it final sanded and all it needs is to be sprayed it is about as easy a job for a body shop as can be.

If you have any biker friends, they always have a spray gun painting wizard or 2 in the group.

If you learn to spray, you can get pro results from aerosol cans of paint yourself.

Hmmm. I work at a car dealer I can ask the shop guys. But I have read there are so many steps on the wood to be done before that done apply to metal

Really? I asked the guys at work none of them have painted a body before. Any tips I should give them ? I assume the important part is not filling the pocket with paint ?

    hey, man :)

i would recommend MJT Aged Finishes. the reason being, auto paints will not wear and age smoothly
