So I'm taking my wife to look at this awesome Bedell Acoustic tomorrow night. It's part of a limited run of 4 different models (2 Dreads a parlor and an OM) and for each model they only make 8 guitars. Of the 21 dealers Bedell has 8 were selected to offer them. My local "mom and pop" store was one of them. They have this one that came out 4/1 and the other dread that dropped earlier this year. These are pics of the actual guitar. I strummed it for a second Tuesday night and it was insanely awesome sounding and feeling. Not sure I can convince the wife that I should get it with all the gear I've bought already in 2019 but this thing is the dread of my dreams. I played a Martin Authentic 1939 D 28 and a Authentic 1941 D 18 right before I picked this one up and as great as those Martins were (and I'm a huge Martin fan) the Bedell was just in a whole other league. Specs are - Brazilian RW back and sides. Adirondack Spruce Top, Honduran Mahogany neck, Ebony board, bridge and binding and tortoise shell tuner buttons, bridge pins and end pin.
