There's a band out of Canada called Motion Device and the first time I heard them I was really blown away. They are all teenagers, they have a lot of moral support from artists as diverse as Steve Vai and Jason Bonham and they have made their name - so far - basically doing great covers, but they also have an EP out that is all original music, which you can get on iTunes or from their website, and what makes this band so unique is their singer is - now - only 12 years old.

Her sister, Andrea , plays the six string bass, and since we've included Tal in this thread, I thought it only appropriate to bring this girl - and her group - into the discussion. Andrea also plays the piano/keyboards and if you listen to these three songs, I think you'll see that she has a ton of talent and is well on her way to making a name for herself.

To start off, I'll give you the first song they did that I heard, Black Sabbath's Heaven & Hell... and keep in mind that Sara, the singer, was only 11 at the time this was made:

Now here is one of their original songs, A Piece Of Rock & Roll:

And even though it's not guitar or bass, Andrea playing Steve Vai's For The Love Of God on piano. As a lover of the piano, I just adore her playing:

Sounds like a very nice life. You and your wife sound like good parents, and have done well. Thanks for sharing with me.

Jennifer played with Beck for three years, prior to that she was on Michael Jackson's Bad tour. I'll post another of hers.

Thanks, a cool little video. That's Willie Dixon on Bass, Big Walter Horton on Harmonica, and Francis Clay on Drums, all backing her up. Major Chicago Blues Legends. There's more, and longer videos of her on You Tube as well if people enjoyed that. She was an accomplished electric blues soloist as well.
