I had my auto wah set on the bass setting and thought for the longest time I was having a pick up issue... was almost about to write you guys to help me figure it out... turns out, I just left it on for a month straight

Nah.. But like many, I've fired things up and spent lord knows how long trying to figure out why everything sounded terrible. Only to find I'd had the wah on the entire time. Finally installed an LED to let me know its on. Have to admit though, still happens.

Edit: By terrible I mean more terrible than normal levels of terrible. :)

one time during a rehearsal, i turned my ac30 on and for the life of me couldnt figure out why my amp sounded thin and nasal.
for 30 minutes i checked and rechecked everything that could have possibly caused it....except for one thing.....the damn wah was on.

I've left my wah pedal on (but down) and couldn't figure out for a while where the tone suck was coming from. I was swapping guitars, turning all the knobs I had, checking cable connections for a good 15 minutes.

I keep them all close so I can get what I want in recording (sometimes having that bass close gets me to my next part). That snow white pedal is amazing on guitar and bass. I love it.
