How difficult is it to DIY shaving your head?
I use my Wahl on the closest setting with no guard.
Very easy. I just do clipper 3 I think and keep going over until no spots are missed.
I shaved my head for a long time.
I quit doing it.
my Viking heritage is winning.
I already do the self clipper thing. Have gotten fairly good at it. Considering a shave job but unclear how difficult it would be.
I shave mine in the shower...
By feel? I would get out and find myself without eyebrows.
It’s actually not hard, but I know my head isn’t great without at least a skiff of the remaining hair - typically a guard 3 closeness.

my head would be so cut up.....
I think I may just continue with the clippers.
Check out headblade, if you're talking about with a razor. It'll make it easy.
I don't even like the sound of that product.
Yeah... it’s pretty easy to do really... or you can get a shower mirror ... but I don’t use one
I use a double edge razor. You get a few cuts to start with but quickly get used to it. There are a lot of different brands of blade...all trial and error as everyone's skin reacts differently. Using shaving soap and a brush also makes for a more comfortable shave.
Using a mirror and also a hand held mirror....i can wet shave my head in around 10 mins.
Day to day I use my electric razor.
On special occasions I wet shave it.
Applies to chin and head
I did it for years in the shower with a straight razor.
Decided to let it grow out (to a #2 guard) 5 years ago.
Been doing it for almost 40 years, without any major incident.
keep the blades well ground and honed, oiled.
always clean the clippers after each 'cut'.
oh and hone the blade tips.
You can get the bottom blade grooved and back scalloped to get even closer.
I have my grandfathers manual hand clippers too. those things are far more dangerous than the wahls.
Buzz it rite off with no guard on the clippers.
Everything goes but the stache & goat
Is this for stage presence? Did you get a gig?
