Atlanta closest to me...mid week....too bad….
Nov 16th, Louisville. Hour and a half. Sweet. Saturday is a Bonus. I have weekends off that whole month and won’t have to burn any vac days. Thanks for the heads up!
Huffy frame, Red Line handlebars, Mongoose seat, pegs, hittin’ the 2x4 ramp propped up with 4 stacked bricks.
man, i loved that album!....major riffing....so great....
Happy Friday you metalheads \m/
Anyone got any plans for the weekend or shows coming up?
I've slacking big time on my playing so nothing new to post from me. I need to dust off the RR1 though...its been pretty neglected lately
Speaking of Randy....
Yeah, I hear ya Scott, same over here. Too much othe stuff going on to play the metal. The most metal thing I’ll probably do is take the girls to see Malificent next month.
I got a Lovepedal Fuzz for $50, it’s like the Jimmy Page Fuzz Sound. Anyway, you can get kind of a Rhoads Sound out of it. I have a DOD250 (malmsteen pedal) but I’ve never had the MXR Distortion+.
I wanna learn the Revelation solo- great song: great solo
Miss all the Metal Crue here
Not revelation but ...
Rhoads solo during suicide solution (live tribute) lesson
Some of my favorite metal memories:
John Sykes live in 1995.
Iron Maiden live Somewhere on Tour.
Exodus Pleasures of the Flesh tour.
Megadeth Peace Sells... tour.
Black Sabbath Dehumanizer tour.
Armored Saint live with Helloween and Leatherwolf.
Nice! I saw that same Maiden tour in Irvine, CA and that Megadeth tour (opening for Alice Cooper) in Bakersfield, CA.
Never did see Exodus live though...hopefully with Slayer winding down, Gary Holt will join back up, put out a new album, and tour again so I can rectify that
This is kinda cool:
I did my monthly recording today, and even though the backing track was labeled "hard rock" I thought I'd post one here b/c I've been away from this threat for a while and this will give me the nudge I need to catch up. I don't know why I seldom seem to get notifications for this particular thread, anyone else have that experience?
I always enjoy your videos @Ruscio !
Thanks for posting them .
Slick as always
Thanks so much, @duzie!
Damn- excellent as usual.
@Ruscio slightly different than your other offerings but impressive as always! I love that harmonized chorus part. Thanks for keeping a heartbeat going in this thread \m/
Y'all get to listen to the rough mix of what I just recorded...
