So yea, like I said, its been a long time since I've been active here, but it's good to be back around. Anyways, I picked up my first American Strat today! It's a 2019 American Professional Limited with the Rosewood neck. I have to say the figuring on the neck is stunning in person. I hadn't played an American Strat since the American Standards went out of production, and this thing just rocks. It's brighter than I expected with that neck. And I keep mentioning that neck, but the rosewood just feels so great. Again, it's something I've never felt before, but it just feels so slick. I've gotten some interesting guitars over the last few years, an old 60s Japanese Import, a EVH Wolfgang, and a beautiful Les Paul, but I have to say, it feels great to be jamming out on a Strat again!

Love that! I’ve been thinking a rosewood neck makes for a really great looking neck. Bet it feels great too!

Petes, great to see you round these parts! I saw one in person- rosewood neck, and headstock model, when a guy brought it to demo (and bought) a tube amp of mine.

    Hey everybody, @PetesWindmill is back!

    Thanks for the warm welcome!

And thanks everyone else! I might be in the honeymoon stage but this thing is unreal. I've had it in my lap all afternoon.
