    thanks

I can't believe it took so long for me to join a guitar forum.

I spent days looking for info on my flame strat. The first day on S-T, I found out all about it.

    happy NGD to me.

Something I've always wanted was a flame maple USA Strat Ultra but with a maple neck. I finally have it and I can't take my eyes off it. A very early maple E4 Strat Plus neck is ready to meet it. I am excite.

Indeed, it was a wonderful day.

I also picked up my 80's Contemporary/Pro-Feel which I had put back together with all of the orignal parts except I had the bridge locked down, had an LSR nut installed and Sperzel locking tuners, and Dimarzio pups. It plays so well, and I haven't plugged it in yet.
