Hi, I'm new. Should I christen it as "StereoMaster" or "DoubleAgent"?

Since you're referring to it as "she" and it's kind of a wacko guitar, I suggest "Sybil."

BTW, Twin Tone and Double Agent are taken already.

    Welcome to Strat-Talk, Jupitre!

I like how you're thinking outside the box, and I sure hope you get everything you want out of that Strat!

Since it's not a Jazzmaster, I'd go with StereoStrat, or the ol' SS for short.

Actually, the pickup orientation visually cues up the SS or ZZ alphabets for me.
Bummer that TwinTone and DoubleAgent are taken.
Out of curiosity, what do folks think are the definitive hallmarks of the "...Caster" and "...Master" camps?

You are right about the crossover between the D and G, but its very little. Its like the white channel is for the top 3.5 strings, and the black is for the lower 3.5. If I get around to making a future (refined) version, I might pay more attention to that though.
