The only song I've written to accommodate lyrics, so there's less progressive orchestration. I wrote this for my wife and was going to perform it at the wedding, but plans changed. To force my playing to grow into an uncomfortable area, I got rid of all my guitars and bought an old Ibanez S540LTD. Turns out I missed the Strat too much and that love overcame the joy of that fast and noodley guitar. It was recorded through an old 900 and joobilee; one per side, as opposed to the quad tracking I usually do. I like the space. DImarzio Gravity Storms throughout. Underrated humbuckers for organic rock and split tones. Ibanez Edge trem is just lovely and lended itself to some fun. Cheers!
