Ever wondered where all those picks you lost ended up? today, I’m just going about my business, cleaning my little girl’s room and found this: Upon interrogation, #1 suspect was dismissed as she had a solid alibi, cuteness... So we went on and found someone to take all charges... To add up to this mystery, I haven’t played with a pick in years and more than half of those picks I have never seen Hahahah... anyone?
I think I’ll try to crank the oven and toss ‘em in there, check your acoustic guitar hole in about 15 minutes...
I did find a screw tho which looks a lot like a pickup adjusting screw... Check your guitars guys... im shipping worldwide.
Daughter #1 is a secret rock 'n roller, doncha know? Bet you'd find that missing Strat under her bed.
Ferpie, Due to neuropathy in my right hand, I have not been able to even physically hold a flat plectrum for about six years, let alone strum chords and pick out notes with one. I’m such a clumsy, ham-fisted guitar player....I was finally able to suss out playing “pick harmonics,” etc., with the thumb pick and my right index fingernail to make them scream through my Marshalls but it was so frustrating to get to that point.
Whatever works for you right? If I had to do it again, I would play a flat pick, maybe some hybrid stuffs... I never could bound to a thumb pick, maybe I didn’t try long enough... To me playing with fingers was just more simple, grab and go... my whole playing as been that way, find a good setting on the amp and forget about it, only pedals if they’re always on... Some call it lazy, some call it more focused on music, truth is I just couldn’t be bothered.
