I'm with you...and having posted more HappyNewStuffDays than I had any right over the last two years--I'll not make a list.

Edit: On the up, it is all paid for...on the down, I'm ready to trade/upgrade some of it already:whistling:.

I used COVID money to help buy a 2020 MIM Tele with the GC "exclusive" blue flame maple top then the matching color MIM Strat.

COVID caused unemployment meant I had a lot of spare time, so I also home built an SSS Strat, an HH Strat, three solid body Teles and one thinline Tele. Oh, and I bought then completely redid a low end Yamaha bass.

I also bought a Marshall Origin 50 combo and a 15 watt Marshall practice amp.

Right now I'm replacing the pickups in my Gibson SG with SD P-rails.

Hopefully I'll have a job again soon or the wife is going to start breaking those guitars over my head...

Way too much gear - Where I live, COVID/shutdowns started around mid-March, same time I started hoarding gear. Looking back tho, I should have put all my money on index funds when the market tanked, around the same time. Could almost have doubled my money!

Sold almost 10 grand worth of stuff in the past 2 years. Sounds like a lot but one guitar sold for 3500 and one microphone for 2500. The rest was a variety of guitars etc.

I've bought more than usual. Also been playing a lot more.

However, my FS post the TGP has been getting nothing but crickets....

My granddaughter wanted me to buy her a guitar for school band, so I bought her a Yamaha acoustic and a Gretsch electric along with a Fender amp.

I then decided to get myself some new guitars and amps starting in September of 2019. Since then I purchased 18 guitars, 4 guitar amps and 2 bass amps. Previously I had a total of 6 guitars and 1 amp.

I got back into music in a big way.
