...or whole nut chocolate.
what is whole nut chocolate?
Why, are you pregnant ?
Chocolate with whole coconuts.
Love ice cream,
Pancakes with vanillia ice cream and blueberries
Celebrated my 68th last night with a big bowl of vanilla, mint chocolate chip ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate. It was really yummy. Can't do that too much for sure as I'll get heavy again.
My wife makes banana pancakes and blueberry pancakes for me all the time. I've not tried ice cream on them since I normally have eggs and bacon with them...
I wouldn't mind a big bowl of Bluebell!
Ya old goat
Bring me a Banana Split please .
I can never finish one of those, too much
Y'all are lucky. I'm lactose intolerant. Haven't been able to eat ice cream in 40 years.
Don't they have pills for that that let's you consume lactose products?
They do allegedly have pills, but they don't work for everyone and I never wanted to take the chance.
Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate. End of story.
Lactaid, works fine for me. Miz Diane keeps a few in her purse, just in case we decided to have ice-cream out somewhere.
I've been LI since I was a pre-teen...but didn't know it until I was in my 20's (my folks thought the vast quantities of gas I produced was a "puberty" thing).
Oddly enough, I now find that if I limit my consumption of ice cream to around 5oz (1/3 of a pint...IOW a pint of Ben & Jerry's Pistachio lasts me 3 days), I don't seem to have a reaction. Straight milk, though, is still a killer...same with any sort of "lactose free milk" (almond, soy, whatever).
We live in a town of less than 800 people, with one small overpriced grocery store. I work in a bigger town about 30 miles from home. So when it became apparent that it just might be a great idea to pick up some staples before panicky idiots bought everything out, I went shopping at a store where near where I work. They were out of high-end steaks, but the freezers were stuffed with turkeys and hams. There was no applesauce to be had, but I could buy potatoes and rice by the truckload. Plenty of eggs... but no freakin' ice cream. Some people's doom prep priorities are really, really strange, that's all I'm sayin'.
