I've never played one but they're supposed to be fantastic, and the name is awesome.

Although I've never played a Dumble, and likely never will, I like the way they sound, so maybe an SSS...

But a Blackface Super Reverb has tone for days and it's much more affordable for mere mortals like me.

I used to go see Robben Ford in a small NY club called Mikel's. My kneejerk reaction is that I would buy his Dumble. Having said that, I've got a Ceriatone OTS that Nik modded for me, and I don't think anyone would really notice the difference if either me or Robben were playing through one or the other. I'm sure he would. So...that's $48,000 in the bank for me and just about the same tone for 99.9% of the listeners on the planet. Guess I'll get a Suhr SH100 Henderson amp. That's only going to be about $3,000. Go Fund Me please!

Not so much an amp but a real Leslie would be awesome. If I cant have that then the Dumble so I can sell it to Joe Bonamassa and get a Leslie.

Helped a local band load in and out a Leslie several times in the mid-80s. Owning one might be fun for about a week !! It was a beast. Might depend on a model type or something, but this one was heavy as heck.

Kind of funny, nobody (at least no one I knew) cared about those "old" sounding 70's amps. I ended up getting of all things a 100 watt Randall SS head. I ended up having to sell all my gear anyway to pay for damage to an apartment :whistling:, I don't remember the party

I really like the sound of the amps I have - I’d rather spend the money on an extension to the house that contained a proper isolation room so I could actually turn em all the way up

Have too many amps but looks like the new Mesa California Tweed 6V6 4:40 covers the bases I really need and then some. Maybe it's time to de-clutter. Head or Combo?....hard to decide!

I have a Mesa Express 5:50 plus and that pretty much covers all the bases but I wouldn’t mind a Mesa mark five combo
