Is it wrong to like cheesy music?

    That's a good one, just played along on bass in my studio. Although wouldn't consider that "cheesy", maybe "corny". A nice 70's ballad nonetheless!

    About as cheesy as it gets. We're talkin' buy a pound of cheddar, swiss, and pepper jack then pour all of it on there! I'm an expert. The peak for the cheesiness was 1985-1988 muahahahaha! A top 40 R&B singer singing over mid 80's AOR rock synths = about as cheesy as you can get but also about as cool as you can get including Miami Vice-esq MTV vid ;).

    I love friendly ribbing and actually encourage it. But just as a friendly rib back I bet I'm the only person on ST who can fill in on bass for surf songs like this... :p

    There can be a fine line between cheesy and corny, but mostly I was just playing off your initial words because you made the song pop into my head.:D
