Does anyone here like Jean-Luc Ponty?
In the late 90s-early 2000s, there was a screen saver for PCs called Voodoo Lights, which showed some animated generated light objects in space. For a while I thought the screen saver would make a good video for Jean-Luc Ponty's "Cosmic Messenger". I thought Voodoo Lights wouldn't work on modern PCs until today when I found a copy of it and installed it on my Windows 10 64-bit PC. So I recorded this video and put Jean-Luc Ponty's "Cosmic Messenger" to it.

Listened to him a bit back in the mid ‘80s, along with Chick Corea, Al Dimeola, Alan Holdswoth, etc. Best darn electric jazz violin player around, lol.

The only one I still listen to regularly is Al. Friday Night in San Francisco (with John McLaughlin and Paco de Lucia) is one of my favorite albums of all time.
