As someone who popularized the double neck guitar (thanks to its inclusion in the concert film The Song Remains The Same), Jimmy Page also played a black custom made Ovation double neck acoustic guitar. He used this guitar during his stint in The Firm and also used it on the Outrider album and various solo projects in the Eighties and Nineties.

I do often wonder how long Jimmy Page played this Ovation doubleneck, and if he still owns it. I am sure he does, though Jimmy Page is more well known for playing a Telecaster and various Les Pauls than an Ovation. But this was at a time when many guitarists were ditching their J200s and Martin D28s for Ovation and Takamine guitars.

I do think that is a cool looking Ovation, but basically any guitar Jimmy Page is cool looking. There is a reason why he is #3 on the Rolling Stone Greatest Guitarists of All Time list.

But if you like that Ovation Jimmy Page is playing, please let me know.

That's a nice looking guitar. Ovation was always something I looked at over the years just never found a good one to pull the trigger on. YJM plays them and has a signature model.
As for Rolling Stone lists, they're garbage.

He played single neck Ovations on Roy Harper’s album “Whatever Happened to Jugula?” which I think was mid-late 80’s.
