Me no, but if everybody wanted to sound like me the world would be a boring place. I am glad you like it, lots of folks do enjoy and congrats!

I've had my 1x12 since Dec and use it 95% of the time. My Blackstar tube amp is mad at me.

That said, I would like to see improvements to the product line: fix the low 'clean vol' with a SW update and add an optional stereo output (for a second cab) in a Rev update.

It does not really matter why, I am just glad you dig it and are happy. We are all different, and that's a good thing!

As far as modeling style amps go, the Katana overall sounded much better to my ears than the others. When I traded in my Mustang GT last week I spent quite a bit of time at GC playing through all of them before I made my choice. I think the GT has a better native clean tone, but with my MFX pedal that is easily overcome. For 200 bucks it's really, REALLY hard to beat for the average home player like myself.

I wish I was one to really fall in love it, it sure costs less, but I have my eyes set on a bluesbreaker.

I've done the valve amp thing since the 80s, my 66 Princeton is now officially retired.

Cool. They are Not bad or bad sounding amps. They are just not the tool I need in my toolbox right now.

LOVE my Katana 100. I have had amps that cost a small fortune and haven't had as much enjoyment. This is a fantastic amp.

I have a BOSS Katana 50 and love it... haven't even opened the manual or changed sounds using computer (I think you can do that)... anyone else mess with the amp settings/sounds using a computer?

I started playing around more after the version 2 update. Love the new global EQ settings and line out changes. It just gets better and better.
